Cardio Club™

Cardio Club™ is our convenient automatic reorder program.  If you purchase a Cardio Club version of any product you will automatically receive a special discounted price both for your first order and for all automatic shipments (because our costs are reduced) and you will receive automatic shipments of product to make sure you do not run out.  If you decide to stop automatic shipments, please call within 21 days of the delivery of your first order, or a week before the scheduled delivery of your next order, to ensure that we can stop before your next automatic shipment.   On returns the product cost and shipping will be refunded, but you will be responsible to ship the product back at your expense to receive a refund.  The standard frequency of shipment is two bottles for every Cardio Club bottle on your initial order, shipped every sixty days beginning 30 days after your first shipment.  We chose 2 bottles every 60 days for the default in order to reduce your shipping and handling costs which are cut in half vs. one bottle every 30 days.  You may choose any quantity and frequency (or cancel shipments) by calling our customer service line at 1-800-983-3875.  With Arista Nutraceuticals, Inc. your satisfaction is always guaranteed.
